Before you Begin
The Games
To start, you’ll need your own copies of the actual Infinity Engine (IE) Games. These may be found any of several places:
- Amazon.com BG, IWD
- Ebay.com BG, IWD
- Good Old Games
You may also be able to play some Total Conversion (TC) mods, but those require the original games as well (most commonly bg2).
GemRB
Once you’ve gotten your hands on the games, you’ll want to get GemRB, the engine required to play the games
Installation
Download the game and unpack the archive wherever you want.
After this you have to put somewhere the Game data and change the GamePath into GemRB.cfg file.
To do this you have two possibilities:
1) Install it on a Windows client and copy data files to AmigaOS4
2) use the unshield command present into the GemRB package
For ant other information go to the official GemRB site at: https://www.gemrb.org/wiki/doku.php?id=start
